You could "sell" it to her for a nominal fee of $1.00 and then put the title under her name and have her as the primary driver. Although you may have to be listed on another vehicle within the same policy if your mom is willing to do that. My mom is listed as a primary driver on both of mine, and I am listed on our van even though it is damn obvious that my mom is not driving a TT Z with JAP ROKT on the license plate. I mean shit if I had to pay under my own name I would be admiring the car alot and driving it NONE. This is just a suggestion???? look into the consequences of all of it first obviously.
